The Hook Jr. is a journalism club made up of talented 5th graders at Horizon Elementary who publish a bi-annual edition highlighting the many exciting events and stories happening throughout their school. Led by 5th grade teacher Julie Reuter, these young journalists are on the front lines—covering school news, interviewing peers, and sharing their work not only in print but also on their blog, shown below.
