A child with a fever of 100.4 degrees or higher should not be sent to school.  If a child develops a fever (a temperature of 100.4 or higher), in order to return back to school, they must be fever free for at least 24 hours, without the use of fever-reducing medicine (like Tylenol or Ibuprofen).
