The Pewaukee School District uses a comprehensive Pewaukee District Assessment Program to obtain a balanced profile of student achievement. Our program consists of a three-tiered system including standardized testing, district selected assessments, and classroom assessments, all of which are monitored on an ongoing basis. PSD DISTRICT ASSESSMENT PROGRAM DISTRICT GRADING GUIDELINES 1 STANDARDIZED TESTING The District’s standardized testing program includes the State-mandated assessment system which will again include a new set of tests in the areas of English Language Arts, Math, Science and Social Studies in grades 3-8 and 10 (social studies), along with the administration of the Pre-ACT (grades 9-10), and ACT (grade 11). Our students consistently perform among the best in Wisconsin on these assessments. 2 PSD BENCHMARK ASSESSMENTS Our schools utilize a variety of standardized assessments as formative progress checks throughout the year.
