Each of our four schools is equipped with its own nursing staff, ensuring personalized care and attention. Asa Clark Middle School and Pewaukee High School share a connected health services space, though each school maintains its own contact information for ease of communication.

To help us best support your student’s health needs, we encourage families to share health concerns in one of the following ways:

• Complete the health information section during online registration.

• Submit the appropriate care plans and medication forms for your student’s specific health concern HERE. Please note: health forms must be completed and signed each school year.

• Contact your student’s health room directly to discuss any needs or updates.
