Join Us in the Pewaukee School District
Parents, grandparents and community members often ask how they can help. Whether in the classroom, parent group and event planning, or a one-time commitment, your involvement is valued! Partner with Pewaukee School District to achieve our mission of "Opening the Door to Each Child's Future"...For more information about each of our four schools, please use the links on this website. The horizontal tabs above show each school. Grades included in each are as follows: Pewaukee Lake Elementary School - Early Childhood through second grade, Horizon Elementary School - third grade through fifth grade, Asa Clark Middle School - sixth through eighth grades, Pewaukee High School - ninth grade through twelfth grade.
Register Your Child
To register your child in Pewaukee School District, you may do so in person at the school which your child would attend. All four of Pewaukee School District schools are located on the same campus. Families enjoy the fact that all of their children are in the same general vicinity. The campus atmosphere allows schools to share resources, volunteers, and academic resources. If you are considering a move to the Pewaukee area, please click here for information on school district boundaries.
Open Enrollment
Wisconsin's open enrollment legislation allows students from other school districts to attend our schools if parents submit open enrollment forms within designated time periods. For more information go to the State of Wisconsin's Open Enrollment program on the website for the Department of Public Instruction by clicking here.
Volunteers
Volunteers are always welcome in Pewaukee School District. In addition, volunteer opportunities for students in the community are also welcome. Organizations in need of student helpers may contact Christine Baar at baarchr@pewaukeeschools.org for assistance with filling volunteer positions. Students have volunteered in assisted living and nursing home organizations, for community special events, and by holding fundraisers for many not for profit causes.
