    Welcome back! My name is Emily Pinzl I am excited to be starting my third year at Asa Clark. This year I am teaching both Language Arts 8 and Forensics. I graduated from UW-Whitewater in 2014 with degrees in both English and Social Studies for secondary education. 

    I really enjoy working with technology to make learning interactive and engaging. This school year I am most looking forward to getting to know all of my students and helping them prepare for life at high school and beyond!

    Schoology  
     
    We will be using Schoology.com to communicate classroom assignments and goals. Schoology is a free website site that is accessible by both students and parents. Students will register for our class on the first day. They will also get a specific student access code that will allow parents or guardians to see what materials are being posted for your particular student. Scoring will be visible on Schoology as well as in Skyward. Schoology also has an app that is available on the app store for both Android and Apple. Assignments and reminders can be submitted and accessed from those devices as well. Parents are encouraged to contact their child’s teacher to obtain the individual student access code.
