Katie Spadoni Named

Director of Learning and Academic Coaching

After eight years of principalship at Asa Clark Middle School (six as Associate Principal and two as Principal), Spadoni transitions to District Office as the new Director of Learning and Academic Coaching.

Pewaukee, WI - The Pewaukee School District is pleased to announce Katie Spadoni as the new Director of Learning and Academic Coaching. Succeeding Robin Wilson, due to her well-deserved retirement, Spadoni will officially occupy the position July 1, 2026.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Education from St. Norbert College and a Master’s in Educational Leadership from Carroll University, Spadoni brings extensive experience in education. She began her career as a 3rd and 4th grade teacher in both the Elmbrook and Watertown School Districts. Most recently, she has served as principal of Asa Clark Middle School since 2024, after spending six years as the school’s associate principal. Selected from a pool of more than 70 highly qualified applicants, Spadoni is excited to continue making a positive impact on teaching and learning across the district.

Outside of work, Katie enjoys life in the Pewaukee area with her husband, Seth, their two daughters, Maeve and Ada, and their dog, Wally. As a family, they love adventuring, spending time outdoors, and exploring local spots around Pewaukee and the greater Milwaukee area.

“I’m excited to bring my passion for instruction and classroom teaching into this role,” shares Katie. “The opportunity to support educators and help strengthen the systems that empower great teaching and learning across our district is both humbling and inspiring!”

Dr. Mike Cady, Superintendent of Pewaukee Schools, said: “Katie is a wonderful instructional leader who has established stellar credibility with our staff.  Her background at both the elementary and middle school level will be a great compliment to our leadership team in the District Office.”

The District has already initiated the process of finding the next principal of Asa Clark Middle School and anticipates attracting an excellent pool of applicants for this position.
